Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Ship Management Support Junior Analyst to join our team. You will be part of a team that oversees the availability planning for critical modernization and maintenance programs to ensure that the fleet is upgraded with the latest technologies and will remain mission-relevant throughout each ship's service life!
The Ship Management Support Junior Analyst will provide support to the customer for modernization and availability planning of surface ships. The selected candidate will have the responsibility to oversee and monitor contractual documents between customer and private shipyards to ensure baseline modernizations are fully mature before they are included in the formal contract. Assist Senior level associates in support of different tasks. Functions can include direct interaction with government clients, technical writing, budget analysis, development of consolidation or system certification, and audit support.

Required Skills
- 2+ years Surface Ship support analysis and/or logistics
- 2+ years experience working with or for the military
- 2+ years experience MS Office products i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Desired Skills
- Experience interfacing with senior Military Officers and government civilians is desired.
- Former military related experience preferred.
- 1+ years working with Shipboard Weapons Systems
Education
Undergraduate degree or equivalent
Experience
Typically requires at least 6 years relevant experience without a Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 1+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
Requirements
Travel to and from customer site up to 2 times daily
