Job Duties: Perform functional manual and/or automated testing of features, including writing detailed testing plans and relevant test cases to cover business use cases, error handling and boundary conditions as defined in technical specifications. Utilize internal tools to log and track product defects, verify fixes, and ensure that features impacted by the code change are regression tested. Estimate and prioritize work for optimal risk mitigation.



Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Software Developer, Software Engineer in Test, or related occupation. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



The role will manage the sector customer set to retain, further penetrate, acquire, and grow margins and be responsible for growing market share for Dell Services Federal Government(DSFG)group. Take a team oriented approach to delivering industry standard setting solutions and customer experience. Assist in driving innovation, expanding capabilities,seek to simplify for our customers, and differentiate solutions from our competitors.



The role will be responsible for building upon current momentum in this DSFG space. Develop new opportunities, expand existing relationships by creating best-in-class customer-centric value propositions which clearly articulate Dells product and solutions differentiation globally, as well as, support launches and proof of concept team approaches with customers.



This role will also require contributions to the greater global Services organization regarding how /where to innovate, integration and adoption of new offerings, in addition to near term and longer term strategic planning.



Specific responsibilities include:



Further develop an industry standard setting Dell Services solutions team, whose mission is to delight our Federal customers

Develop internal team members, recruit new capability and serve as a champion of direct and indirect reports

Lend in the development of strategies and frameworks for delivery that demonstrate the value of the DSFG solutions portfolio and deliver across multiple and diverse federal agencies

Gain alignment and drive decision making internally and externally

Collaborate internally to work across product and solutions teams, which includes a broad set of technologies across Dells entire solutions portfolio

Required Skills



Federal functional expertise required and demonstrated experience in skillfully expanding a company footprint with customers using compelling and differentiated solutions as part of an integrated team approach to engaging customers

Demonstrated organizational agility and direct influence driving results across multiple organizations and strategic partners

Proven technical foundation holding legitimate and strategic dialog with the technology side of the function

Experience with high growth strategies, new product introductions, market development, and category development required

Organizational agility to align and influence internal constituents to best drive the business. Must have top notch matrix management skills and ability to work cross functionally within the larger global services organization with Dell as required
