SMB Global Customer Services: To our customers, you are the face of Google. You listen to our customers’ needs, understand the details of individual campaigns, resolve their questions and explore and uncover business opportunities. You set the vision and the strategy for how our customers’ products and services reach thousands or millions of users. You partner with a highly engaged team and bring creativity to grow and transform the business.

Analytics roles provide data-driven perspectives on important strategic decisions by designing and managing the forecasts, analyses and key performance indicators that support the company's people initiatives.

Programs roles plan and execute people programs and events, manage support operations, conduct analyses to measure effectiveness of existing programs, communicate with teams, partners, and internal stakeholders, and manage projects related to Google's people initiatives.

Finance FP&A: In addition to assisting business leaders throughout the company with all finance-related matters, the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) organization is also consistently looked upon to provide analytical perspectives to important strategic decisions. Our mandate is to design, implement and manage the processes that support business needs. This includes developing financial forecasts and analyses, generating internal management reports, monitoring key performance indicators and driving the scaling and automation of financial processes. We also provide decision support and conduct financial reviews of a wide range of business issues from analysis to data center rollouts.
