DESCRIPTION DU POSTE



Le Spécialiste en implantation est responsable de tous les aspects relatifs à la gestion de la paie, aux RH et à l'établissement des comptes intégrés (Ensemble Performance) qui lui sont assignés, y compris l'analyse, la configuration, la validation, la résolution des problèmes, la formation liée aux processus, le soutien nécessaire pour l'exécution initiale en direct et l'application au service à la clientèle. • Respecter les méthodes de mise en œuvre de ADP pour la mise en place des solutions de gestion de la paie destinées aux nouveaux clients et aux clients actuels de ADP

• Assumer ses responsabilités à l'égard des projets de ses clients

• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et des services pour s'assurer d'une transition harmonieuse entre la vente du produit, sa mise en œuvre et le service à la clientele

• Configurer les comptes de gestion de la paie de ADP conformément aux directives relatives aux comptes principaux et nationaux de Paytech

• Configurer le grand livre en fonction des bons de commande et conformément aux normes de Sarbane-Oxley

• Établir un plan de projet pour assurer une mise en œuvre réussie

• Informer les clients de leurs responsabilités et faire le suivi de leurs tâches pour s'assurer qu'une solution est trouvée à temps
