Role Overview:



We are looking for a Channel Account Manager for the OEM Partner Program (EMEA) based in Cherrywood to facilitate the OEM channel partner and technology partner programs. This diverse job is a sales role first with elements of business development, program management and marketing.



Role Responsibilities:



- Customarily and regularly engaged with channel partners by managing design registrations, mapping opportunities with Dell OEM sales teams, preparing weekly pipeline reviews and hosting pipeline review calls.



- Customarily and regularly engaged with technology partners (ie Intel) by managing design registrations and mapping opportunities with Dell OEM sales teams.



- Works toward mutual goals and objectives across channel partners and/or OEM sales teams to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits. Key responsibility is to facilitate local visits with BDM’s/sales teams, training and webcasts.



- Provides financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with partners. Responsible for implementation of reporting for internal and external use for multiple functions (sales, finance, marketing and management).



- Educates all partners on the merits of Dell OEM’s range of solutions, tools, resources and OEM value prop. Reports on progress toward online and onsite training goals.



- Conducts cross-functional planning and coordination (i.e. Sales, CPF, Finance, Contracts, Legal, S&P, PG et al) in order to create winning solutions.



- Manage partner integration by attending Dell team ops reviews, trade shows, partner meetings and partner events



Qualifications Role Requirements:



- 4 + years sales or related experience.



- Strong organizational skills.



- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, & peripherals



- Demonstrate strong verbal and written skills



Preferences:



- Bachelor's degree or equivalent



- Effectively use software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint



- Knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs



- Channel Sales or Program Management Experience
