The role of the Oracle Global Sales and Consulting M&A team is to work closely with executive management to evaluate target companies, develop and oversee the implementation of the go-to-market strategy, and support our business objectives of revenue growth, profitability and market share gains.




Description

We have an exciting position available for an Incentive Planning Analyst focused on incentive compensation for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). In this fast paced role supporting M&A activity, the Incentive Planning Analyst will assist with the successful integration of acquired incentive based employees through activities such as analysis, coordination, tracking, issue resolution, and business process engineering.




Detailed Description

Strategic Support Functions:

 Through understanding corporate strategy and sales models collaborate with larger M&A team to analyze acquisitions and determine appropriate integration and compensation plan strategies.

 Perform fit-gap analysis and provide recommendations for multiple facets of incentive compensation such as OTE and legacy compensation plan cut over.

 Work closely with Global Incentive Compensation (GIC), Global Compensation Administration (GCA), Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Corporate Compensation to support their operational objectives while driving integration activities.

 Collaborate with key stakeholders to define best practices and recommendations for issue resolution.

 Determine and act on follow-up action items and facilitate clear forms of communication.

 Recommend, develop and document process and system improvements related to M&A.

Tactical Support Functions:

 Track project plan for each integration that resulted from any merger and acquisition.

 Ensure that all previous company legacy outstanding compensation items are reconciled and cleared.

 Create any necessary communication documentation and presentations.

 Prepare analysis of key performance indicators.

 Publish weekly/monthly status reports on integration progress.

 Monitor M&A queue for inquiries.

 Update and manage content for M&A web page and database.

 Participate in educating new Sales Operation teams on Oracle compensation plans.

 Provide necessary training on Oracle process and systems.

 Partner with GIC Operations and GCA Operations to ensure proper system setup to accommodate any new product or sales model from M&A.
