Product Marketing Manager
- Job Description
- Develop and implement scalable strategies to drive adoption and usage of key site features and products. Efforts should meaningfully contribute to key metrics tracked for Identity products (NPS, awareness, usage, etc.)
- Directly shape product and marketing strategy by developing deep audience expertise and serve as a champion for our members by leading research initiatives, analyzing behavioral metrics, and driving and monitoring member insights
- Develop a segment-based view and educate internal and agency partners on member insights as it relates to Identity on LinkedIn. Champion member needs and ensure the member is at the center of all business decisions
- Leverage multiple channels (site, email, social media, search, in-person) to drive meaningful business results
- Lead Go-To-Market for new products and features, partnering across the organization to execute integrated strategies across Product, Design, Research, PR and Marketing teams
- Be seen as a subject matter expert for our products, providing guidance and consultation to cross-functional teams that need to leverage our products to meet their own business goals and objectives
- Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- 5+ years marketing experience
- Expertise in data-driven marketing. Ability to analyze complex data sets is required. Ability to extract data from a database is a plus.
- Expertise in consumer internet product marketing
- Conversant in multiple marketing channels; must have deep knowledge of email, social media and in-product; experience with digital advertising, SEO and experiential is important
- Superior audience-centricity, relentless advocate for the member across the organization
- Expert in developing winning creative expression with internal and external partners
