Inside Sales Executive, Salesforce.com Foundation

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed against monthly set and agreed quotas.

  • Drive sales within defined territory.

  • Territory planning to maximise territory opportunity and return.

  • Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from non profit organisations from inbound leads.

  • Proactively creating new sales opportunities through participation in specific sales initiatives and programs within defined territories.

  • Engaging with customers via telephone and email, following sales cycle from prospect to successful deal closure.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on lead generation, quality and conversion.

  • Engage with field based Account Executives as required.

  • Act as trusted point of contact for customers within defined territory.

  • Collaborate with field sales and management on opportunities where appropriate.

  • Provide forecasting and territory reporting as required.

  • Ensure non-profit customers are successful through professional and timely responses, sound knowledge of services available and timely sales execution.

  • Develop a good relationship with the non-profit partner network Internationally, making appropriate introductions for implementation and consulting help and ensuring an acceptable level of partner response.

  • Introduce non-profit customers to training opportunities and working closely with the International Training Coordinator.

  • Assist with non-profit participation in events.




Required Skills/ Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Sales Administrator or junior Sales experience in software environment.

  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal.

  • Highly motivated and ambitious.

  • Passion to support non-profit organisations.

  • Ability to manage own workload independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong IT skills.

  • Experience managing sales processes including but not limited to pipeline generation, lead qualification and closing sales.

  • A self-starter with a positive ‘can do' attitude.
