Cobalt -a division of ADP Dealer Services - seeks a Digital Advertising Analyst II.



This position develops and implements effective Digital Advertising strategies to drive consumers to the websites of assigned Cobalt customers, including high-touch, high spend or VIP clients, with the goal of generating increased targeted web traffic, and thereby increased lead generation. The Digital Advertising Analyst II utilizes advanced knowledge of pay-per-click advertising, display placements and retargeting employing the following optimization techniques:




  • Keyword analysis and selection

  • Geographic campaign targeting

  • Competitive site analysis

  • Campaign optimization

  • Creative ad copy implementation and optimization

  • Optimization of landing page content




The Digital Advertising Analyst II consults closely with their assigned clients to execute their digital advertising strategy and align it with their business goals, providing analysis and proactive recommendations on the strategic direction of their client's multi-channel advertising products. This position requires you to have an outstanding ability to articulate your knowledge in a clear, professional manner via verbal and written communication to the customer and internal teams. The Digital Advertising Analyst II may also train and coach other Analysts on technical tools and process.



As a Digital Advertising Analyst II you will work with your account team as the expert, leading Digital Advertising conversations with both internal and external clients. A Cobalt Digital Advertising Analyst II must interact professionally and competently with Cobalt Clients, Sales Executives and internal partners and may represent the Digital Advertising group cross-departmentally in key initiatives. The Digital Advertising Analyst II may also be tasked to manage time-sensitive projects that include multiple stakeholders or contributors.



Experience, Skills, Academic:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in client relationship management is required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in paid search, especially with Google and Bing is preferred

  • Minimum 2 years experience in consumer Internet marketing is required

  • Experience with Windows, Excel, and MS Word required

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience is required

  • Meets high standards in written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain poise under stress and to respond quickly, logically, and patiently to questions or requests.
