All initiatives are planned and executed in partnership with HR and the Business so that the company-wide brand and reputation is maintained and enhanced with measureable improvement in overall engagement. Focused on improving the experience and perceptions of the business, this position will also be responsible for company-wide engagement administration and vendor management related to survey implementation and administration.



The Program Manager works with the business to define the scope of the projects and to understand the resources necessary to execute and then ensures that the assigned project deliverables are provided on time, within budget and in accordance to specification. Works to direct the daily activities of an assigned project team often comprised of volunteers and resources that do not directly report to the position. Assesses project risks and hurdles and reports wider issues. Focuses on Change Management and Communication in all facets of the project and ensures that both are utilized to minimize the impact of change upon the organization.



The Program Manager manages the delivery of either a full project or a significant portion of a very large and complex project impacting all of CDK Global. This position is the primary interface with one or more HR Functions as well as other internal departments (ex: Enterprise Applications, Finance, Legal). Based on the scope and complexity of the project, the Program Manager will manage multiple projects simultaneously.



The Program Manager is responsible for monitoring the performance of the Project Team and keeping the Stakeholders apprised of project milestones, scope and expectations as well as performance issues and risks. In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the Program Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of very large and complex deliverables for multiple HR Functions and multiple Business Units across CDK. This may include projects, which include significant international components.
