Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract the most qualified talent for open positions;
- Build a pipeline of candidate for future hiring needs;
- Source candidates by using various methods and tools, including the company career site, social media channels and internet job boards etc.
- Interview and screen potential candidates including: phone/face-to-face interview and reference checking;
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to qualify and ideal candidates;
- Maintain an accurate and thorough documentation within the company’s candidate database;
- Design leading-edge recruiting advertisements on social media channels;
- Participant in ad-hoc recruiting projects.
