Responsibilities:

  • Handle client requests relating to products or services ranging from routine inquiries and basic application navigation to complex problems and difficult troubleshooting issues. This includes investigating, researching, analyzing and testing outcomes in order to resolve client questions and/or problems the first time.

  • Handle critical and/or escalated client issues, which may require working directly with additional ADP Service hubs) to ensure client satisfaction. Use solid judgment and escalate resolvable or concerning issues to a higher level of support or to management as appropriate.

  • Provide critical and accurate statutory information to clients in payroll or HR areas, such as tax filing and/or benefit administration. Use the various knowledge bases, resource materials and appropriate websites to locate answers and solutions for issues.

  • Maintain appropriate records of client contact through the CRM (ie. Siebel) ensuring that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution.

  • Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base relating to new product roll outs, existing products and statutory/legislative changes.

  • Maintain the service organization's standards that are set by regional and corporate management regarding call and case handling (i.e. Adherence, Call Strategy, Case Activity, etc.)

  • Participate in regional and ADP client retention efforts, including helping to identify clients-at-risk.

  • Recommend software enhancements or product features and identifies client training opportunities if applicable.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • May participate in developing documentation (i.e. Solutions, KnowledgeBase) and/or participate in User Group Meetings






Experience, Skills, Academic:

Qualifications:




  • Minimum 3- 5 years' experience in Human Resources

  • ADP Product knowledge in WorkforceNow (WFN) is an asset

  • Advanced Internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.

  • English/French Bilingualism is strongly preferred






Education:




  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in HR experience.

Responsibilities:



• Respond professionally and timely to client employees regarding multiple products offering such as Payroll, Time and Labor management & HR.

• Responds to & resolves all incoming telephone calls and/or email inquiries from clients; delivering the highest level of customer service within expected timelines

• Document all inquiries into our tracking system.

• Clearly communicate and educate employees on processes and procedures utilizing our knowledge base. Provide information to employee as required via email or fax.

• Ensures proper, timely follow-up on assigned cases to ensure service level agreements and that the client experience is seamless, builds trust in ADP as a service provider.

• Maintain and update data into our payroll application (Data entry)

• Identifies, recommends, or refers any issues or opportunities which arise from client queries to the appropriate internal ADP Team.

• Learns, understands, maintains and contributes to internal support processes. Proactively seek ways to provide a better service experience for clients, recommending enhancements to products and support processes.

• Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.



Experience, Skills, Academic:

Qualifications :

• Deux années d'expérience administrative en service à la clientèle/RH

• Connaissance des produits d'ADP, un atout

• Bonne maîtrise de MS Office (Word/Excel) et Internet requise

• Compétences supérieures en service à la clientèle, à l'écrit et à l'oral, et bonnes compétences en écoute active.

• Excellentes compétences en communication

• Capacité à collaborer et à travailler efficacement au sein d'équipes interfonctionnelles

• Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et aptitude à respecter les échéances

• Bilinguisme français/anglais fortement recommandé

Scolarité :



Baccalauréat/certificat, un atout, ou l'équivalent en matière d'expérience administrative en service à la clientèle/RH.

• ADP Product knowledge is an asset
