Senior Manager, Business Development / Inside Sales

Oracle Corporation is seeking an outstanding Sales Leader / Business Development Directorto manage a tele-based sales team of Business Development Consultants (BDC) responsible for the delivery of quality pipeline across ANZ.

Based in the North Rydehead office, you will also be responsible for the recruitment, talent development, coaching, and monitoring of the BDC team for three lines of business, Oracle Technology, Fusion Middleware and Systems.

Responsiblities:

• Deliver net new pipeline to support 3x coverage of sales targets for Oracle Middleware, Technology and Systems solutions


• Work with key sales leaders to define target segments and develop local strategies in support of product/solution/territory objectives


• Align resources to go-to-market initiatives


• Influence Oracle’s ANZ licence and hardware revenue streams


• Monitor progression of BDC created pipeline to 40% win probability


• Approximately 20% of BDC created pipeline to convert to revenue


• Drive team to achieve productivity metrics including call volumes, talk times, campaign execution
