- Manage Oracle University’s Systems products' curriculum and content throughout the the product life cycle, including product release, sustaining and end of life.
- Responsible for engaging with internal product teams as well as engineering and other internal key stakeholders to reach common goals associated with product release.
- Provide support to the field on day to day incoming questions.
- Participate in regular business analytics to help drive strategy and product direction.
- Fosters strong relationships with product management, consulting and support team members
- Comprehends and can speak knowledgeably about Systems technologies (including Operating Systems, Servers, Storage, and Virtualization)
- Detail-oriented with a view of the big picture Instructional design/creative background
- Ability to assimilate and summarize information to write quick introductions to video content
- Draft credible recommended tracks from list of available content
- Identify gaps and source content to fill them
- Advises on video formats/templates
- Interest in latest learning technologies
