Lead: the team of program managers that will provide world-class services to Technology and Products.
Partner: with senior leaders to understand business priorities and design program management services to deliver them.

Responsibilities
Lead our team of Product program managers in delivery of a $20B portfolio.
Reinvent Program Mgmt for scale and hyper-growth.
Partner with senior executives to understand their business needs, strategies and initiatives and align this group’s services to those priorities.
Scale and grow the structure for cross-cloud interaction, planning and software development.
Tackle issues like planning, complexity, dependencies, cross-functional development, org design for optimal delivery.
Continue development of this thriving team to a best-in-class organization.
Market, brand and communicate the business value of world-class program management.
Required Skills
15+ years of progressive program management experience
Extensive history driving business transformation as an agent of change.
Experience in building and leading a PMO
Deep domain expertise in Project and Program Mgmt best practices
Practical work experience with both waterfall and AGILE development methodologies
Preferred skills
Passionate partner to product teams in defining strategy and requirements.
Proficiency in working with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features.
Power to influence peers, managers and executives, building consensus while managing ambiguity.
Experience in related disciplines of Product Management and/or Engineering strongly preferred.
Professional Services, Customer Support or other customer-facing experience a plus.
Team management, especially in a matrixed organizational structure, also a plus.
