Application Development Analyst - Plano, TX Dell Inc. is a global provider of information technology solutions. We are currently looking for an Application Development Analyst in Plano, TX.



Role Responsibilities:

- Analyzing business requirements, processes, data and systems to determine appropriate technology solutions.



- Designing, coding, testing, documenting, and deploying applications based on system and user requirements.



QualificationsRequirements

- Undergraduate degree and 2+ years or Graduate degree and 0-2 years of software development experience



- A good foundation in RPG free format and ILE, CL, SQL, DDS and SDA



- Adhering to structural coding standards.



- 3+ years of experience in software development on AS/400 and I-Series platforms.



- Familiar with DB2 data structures and logical views.



- Familiar with I-Series debugging and troubleshooting skills



- Able to work and coordinate with technical teams across the country and internationally



Preferences

-Healthcare/patient billing software development experience

- Cost accounting

- Background in creating centralized and distributed databases
