Oracle is looking for dynamic, high performing Senior Solution Architects as part of the Sales Consulting organization to lead complex multi-solution enterprise software opportunities. We need people who will thrive on the challenge of working in a fast moving cloud sales environment and who have a passion for technology and how it can help businesses succeed.
Solution Architect key competencies include strong communication and leadership skills, Customer focus, Product mastery, Industry mastery, Competitive knowledge, Thought leadership & social media presence. In addition to these we are particularly interested to find people with any of the following:
- Strong creative skills including Design Thinking, Customer journey mapping etc
- Business strategy background
- Management consulting background
- Value engineering / Business Insight background
- Technology focused Business leadership background
The Role
The primary role of a Senior Solution Architect (SSA) is to lead complex opportunities and acts as the primary relationship between the customer and Oracle from a solution perspective. The SSA orchestrates and facilitates workshops with the customer to understand their strategy, challenges and objectives. S/he also works with the customer to creatively understand and uncover new possibilities combining that with bringing Oracle thought leadership and expertise to the customer. The SSA is responsible for developing the deal strategy in close partnership with the Sales lead. S/he orchestrates the solution design, theme to win and overall value proposition. S/he articulates the value proposition to the customer in the most compelling, innovative and memorable way possible.
