Payroll Training Specialist – Global Payroll Operations
Romania, RO - Financial Services

Main objective of the job:

 

Ensures alignment of training programs for both new and existing employees with the specific objectives. Make sure that strategic department objectives are met through development and delivery of training programs and by working closely with the management team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

(a)   Develop training programs and materials for the sessions to be delivered

 

(b)   Deliver training sessions to new employees with specific descriptions of policies, internal procedures, desk manuals and specific applications to be used

 

(c)   Make sure anytime needed that there are specific trainings in place to follow up on trainings previously delivered; makes sure that training delivered is acknowledged

 

(d)   Ensures that training objectives are presented in all training programs internally developed, that information delivered is understood and all objectives during the delivered sessions are met

 

(e)   Make sure that all training materials are meeting internal quality standards and all are in line with internal policies and processes 

 

(f)    Evaluates training participants and the success of the overall training program

 

(g)   Identify training needs of Global Payroll Operations and develop training programs in line with the needs identified or based on the requests received

 

(h)   Keep the track of all training sessions delivered to each employee of the team and evaluation of each participant

 

(i)     Participates to training sessions in order to achieve professional development and to enhance quality of training developments and delivery 

 

(j)     Ensures adherence to established processes, policies and internal controls; supports Sarbanes-Oxley & other reviews internal & external audits.

 

(k)   Act as a first contact level in relation to training and professional development external suppliers, informs Global Payroll Operations Management about contractual conditions and maintains the relationship with the external suppliers until development programs are developed

 

(l)     Inform and support external training suppliers for developing personalized training materials in order to achieve established objectives and training needs; collaborates with external suppliers in order to adapt trainings to department needs

 

(m)  Creates and submit for approval all documents related to training acquisitions. Confirms and make sure suppliers will be paid in line with the contractual requirements.

 

(n)   Understands and acknowledges internal policies and procedures

 

(o)   Undertakes other tasks attributed by the direct manager in line with the departmental guidelines
