Receptionists are key players in maintaining the welcoming and enthusiastic culture we



have at Saleforce. They are a central resource for our employees and are often the first



to make a direct impression on our customers.



Responsibilities:



• Greet and direct individual guests and large groups to the appropriate contact



person in a friendly, timely and professional manner.



• Serve as an information hub for our staff on a daily basis. Monitor several lines of



employee communication and quickly respond to requests and questions. Help



make Salesforce a great place to work!



• Create and maintain content on an internal knowledge base.



• Answer and route a high volume of daily phone calls.



• Assist with meeting set ups and breakdowns.



• Be an ambassador for corporate security by checking in visitors and facilitating our



temporary employee badge program.



• Various administrative tasks, including: making room reservations, assisting other



departments with projects, and assisting with building specific tasks as they arise.



• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and lobby.



Requirements:



• Customer service experience preferred



• Excellent interpersonal communication skills



• Must have a positive can do attitude



• Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs



• Willing and able to learn and use our internal Salesforce.com software



application.



• Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with



teammates and key customers
