Job Description:

• To Support outstanding service to our clients.


• Keys payroll information via telephone in both an inbound and outbound call center environment.


• Provide first level product and service support to our clients regarding payroll, accounting, money-movement, tax filing and other related ADP services.


• Maintain a high level of quality at expected production rate.

Experience, Skills, Academic:

Qualifications:

• Must work effectively in a team environment.


• Knowledge of payroll preferred.


• 24 hr per week schedules


• Ability to research and solve basic payroll questing with minimal assistance.


• Ability to work under pressure and PC knowledge required. BA or in progress preferred.
