· Manage and lead a team of GOR Program Managers to support product launch and refresh cycles



· Lead the fixed config process end-to-end, in support of the DBM program -- FHC, FGA readiness, tracking initial BTS fill from factory to fulfillment center to support launch.



· Manage FRC timeline within the T-minus cadence of the refresh cycles and fixed config product data readiness



· Ensure fixed config product data readiness by engaging closely with Product Group Marketing (PG), Product Line Manager (PLM), Sales Ops, Marketing, DMA, SKU Manager (SCM) to ensure bundle readiness



· Enable ocean shipment savings by managing the T-minus cadence deliverables and milestones for FRC in time for ocean shipments



· Prevent and mitigate MWD risk through FGA BOM audit work



· Drive strategy for on-time readiness. Identify/recommend improvements through collaborative work with cross-functional resources in all geographies.



· Lead process improvement and transformation activities



· Engage Program and Supply Chain Enablement teams on new capabilities needed to support the process and continuous process improvement



· Effectively balance short term and long term priorities as well as demands from multiple stakeholders.



Qualifications



- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- 6+ years leadership experience.



- Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma/LEAN (industry) activity.



- Advanced knowledge of Business Process Improvement.



- Develops team’s leadership capabilities.



- Drives operational effectiveness for the organization.
