The Cloud Application Services Group (CASG) is a strategic service line chartered with creating cloud based service offerings including application assessment, migration, development, integration, maintenance and support for Enterprise customers.



Software Development Senior Analyst will be responsible for migration, maintenance and support of cloud based applications primarily on Windows Azure environment.



Qualifications



Role Responsibilities



 Provisioning the cloud environment



 Configuration of cloud environment such as VPN, storage accounts



 Installation of applications



 Operate services running in a cloud environment



 Maintenance and troubleshooting of the cloud environment



 Handling support tickets from clients and attend to the same as per the SLA



Requirements



 Knowledge of .NET, C#, Asp.net



 Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell



 Familiarity with Azure IaaS – VM, Hypervisor, Storage (SQL Azure, table Blob), Networking (VPN)



 Systems administration (Linux and/or Windows Servers)



 Networking (DNS, TCP/IP)



 Databases (MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL)



 Excellent oral and written communication skills



 Customer service experience / strong customer focus



 Strong multi-tasking skills



 Support / Troubleshooting experience



 Self-starter who is excited about technology
