Position

Salesforce.com is seeking a Inbound Candidate Sourcer. This opportunity will put you front and center in hiring the best & brightest talent who will lead Salesforce.com to continue our staggering growth and innovation. Key components of this role include managing applicants who have applied to openings via our website and/or who have been referred by Salesforce.com employees. In this important role, you will not only work closely with Senior Recruiters, Coordinators and Hiring Managers to ensure a clear understanding of skills & experience required for each position, but you will be the front line gatekeeper speaking directly with and assessing applicants who want to work for our company. Primary Responsibilities:




  • Act as a first line ambassador/contact to potential candidates by screening and actively engaging with talent in the job market and aligning candidate career aspirations with the most suitable internal roles.

  • Assessing potential candidate’s skills and qualifications, including their business acumen, culture fit, commitment and passion to join a high-growth business.

  • Manage job openings by responding to and qualifying incoming Employee Referrals and Active Candidates (Candidates who actively applied online) regarding Salesforce.com 's open opportunities.

  • Route Qualified Candidates to the appropriate Recruiter for further interviewing and hiring decisions.

  • Using technology to work in a real-time environment within our recruiting application.

  • Report on metrics. Achieve monthly metrics of Qualified Candidates and help to hire the best potential employees.





  • Experience/Skills Required:




    • Minimum 1-2 years of Soucing/Jr. Recruiting experience (QE sourcing experience is a plus).

    • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-Year University.

    • Must be a team player who can thrive in a fast paced corporate environment and be flexibile with the needs of the business.

    • Must be intense, competitive, persistent, ethical and articulate.

    • Strong desire to work in the technology sector.

    • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    • Must have experience working with technology software.
