HR Business Partner -Dublin
LinkedIn is looking for an HR Business Partner who brings passion to their work every day and is interested in helping us create a transformational environment for our teams. This role is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused business partner to be part of a Talent Team driving leading edge HR Strategy across the EMEA region.
Based in Dublin, and reporting to the EMEA HRBP Manager, this role will be responsible for providing HR business partnership support to the sales function.

- Align HR strategy with business priorities to drive results
- Develop a deep understanding of the business to help support and address the organization and people needs
- Lead the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale
- Partner with centers of excellence to solve business problems and to execute on corporate-wide talent initiatives
- Deliver short-term solutions while also solving for long-term problems by addressing immediate challenges and underlying causes
- Support and enhance manager capabilities through coaching and implementation of management development programs and opportunities
- Use data to analyze trends and develop proactive solutions to support business objectives
- Partner closely with other HR Business Partners and centers of excellence to ensure alignment and to create a strong, cross-functional team
- Facilitating and driving strategic discussions with business leaders on the organisation design for the future
- Acting as a role model and mentor to the wider Talent Team
Experience, skills, and capabilities desired:
- Experience with direct global client support at the executive level, preferably in a sales organization
- Demonstrated success in developing innovative solutions to solve business issues
- Ability to function well in ambiguous situations and unstructured environments, recognizing when it’s appropriate to introduce more structure and process without derailing the current output
- Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations, coaching, and change management
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple complex issues and projects concurrently; with the ability to prioritize accordingly
- Must be able to work at all levels of the HR “stack” – strategic, operational, and tactical. Must possess the ability to think strategically and implement tactically
- Experience of working across different geographies and cultures in the EMEA region
- Ability to travel regularly across our offices in the EMEA region and to our HQ in California two to three times a year.
BS/BA required, with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology company
