- Turn deal chaos into action – Organize and translate all standard and non-standard deal components into the executional details
- Manage the timeline, deliverables and stakeholders – Create project management plan and templates that capture deal components, stakeholders and timelines. Ensure accountability for timelines and deliverables. Keep projects within scope.
- Create shared buy-in internally – Work with internal stakeholder teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product, Legal) to communicate owned deal components and agreement on deliverables and timelines
- Know what’s possible – Learn the most common components of LinkedIn Products (Groups, Company Pages, LinkedIn Today, InMails, Content/Video Units, standard banners). Become intimately familiar with what is possible, where to get information and what hidden pitfalls to avoid
- Support the non-standard – Continue to support non-standard executions post-sale. These can include marketing, custom product, editorial, video, event or sweepstakes executions. Once PM has developed a solid process to manage and we consider the elements to be standard, AMs will handle post-sale execution.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years professional experience within the commercial digital space
- Experience working with marketers or advertising agencies
- PM certification or degree desired but optional
- Posses an extreme attention to detail
- Able to multi-task numerous complicated programs simultaneously
- Must be extremely organized and disciplined with deadlines and release dates
- Able to set clear expectations internally and externally
