Consumer Marketing Manager, South East Asia

This position sits in the Consumer Marketing team in Singapore and is responsible for driving awareness, perception and engagement for LinkedIn among professionals in South East Asia.
The successful candidate is a data-driven marketer who has the ability to tune into market trends to inform plans and strategy, and can effectively work with colleagues across the company to drive results. The ideal candidate will possess deep South East Asia market expertise and a record of marketing initiatives that deliver growth and engagement. We are excited about candidates who have a strong results orientation and know how to create value in a small, fast paced and high performing team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement measurable marketing programs across various channels to drive awareness and engagement among professionals in South East Asia
- Plan, manage and execute social channel strategy targeting professionals in South East Asia
- Deep audience expertise and serve as voice of the member through behavioral metrics, member insights and research. Provide these insights to Product, Marketing and other business teams for better decision making
- Develop messaging and activation plans for key product launches
- Leverage global and cross functional teams to drive impactful programs and material results

Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of marketing experience in a consumer brand with specific focus on digital. Candidates with marketing experience in consumer internet companies would be preferred
- Conversant in a spectrum of marketing channels; must have deep knowledge of social media, in-product and email channels; experienced in one or more of the following: brand awareness, digital marketing including launches, life cycle or evergreen engagement marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who has a persistent commitment to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who demonstrates comfort with ambiguity
- Strong results orientation in high-growth, fast paced and data-driven environment
- Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian is preferred owing to the markets the role covers
