Visitor Experience Coordinator/Front Desk

The Visitor Experience Manager reports to the Director of Facilities and Office Services. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all visitors and employees in the Beverly Hills Corporate Headquarters for Live Nation Entertainment.
Responsibilities:
For Visitors:

Manage valet parking to ensure prompt service for all guests

Welcome visitors professionally and promptly

Manage and implement online visitor registration system (e.g., Envoy)

Enforce check in and checkout procedures

Work with Executive Assistants to C-suite Executives to prepare for important visitors

Work with night time Security officer to ensure clear handoff of responsibilities each night and morning; report security concerns to Corporate Security
For Employees:
-
Welcome employees and check badges, as needed.

Research, propose, and manage new services for employees in BH (e.g., fresh juices, deliver services of groceries, pharmacies, prepared dinners to take home)

Formally or informally survey employees, EAs , Facilities, Parking to continually identify areas for improvement

Manage online system for booking conference rooms in BH
Lobby:
- Own front desk reception duties including answering phones, transferring calls, and delivering messages
- Maintain a clean and attractive work area

Manage smooth delivery of services during period of construction
-
Design new procedures as needed

Ensure that phones are answered promptly
-
Evaluate current phone answering system and automated options; Identify potential changes
Deliveries:

Manage deliveries from USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc ensuring packages are cleared from lobby promptly

Contact employees to ensure timely pick up of personal deliveries
