As Partner Marketing Senior Manager for the French market, your role will be to plan, build and run all partner marketing initiatives to boost synergies and business opportunities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Aligned with the Marketing and Alliance teams, you will coordinate and oversee marketing content and programs dedicated to our Salesforce partners and channel. In coordination with the audience managers, you will build the right communications, events, and campaign strategy to recruit new app providers, ISVs, consulting partners, and strategy/management consultants into our ecosystem.
This individual will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across the organization to ensure world class execution.
In addition to Sales and Alliances, you will collaborate with all marketing functions such as public relations, campaign marketing, product marketing and events marketing to ensure that all French partner content and programs are on brand, on message and generating the maximum value. It is also critical to increase shared customer success stories.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the overall marketing communications, community, events, and integrated campaign strategy for partner marketing in France
• Build and execute on thorough project plans for campaigns and events that cover demand gen to reporting
• Work across multiple channels, including email, website, paid media, and social media to build community, drive net new leads and event registration
• Interface with the partner sales organization to collaborate on third party events in their territory (geo or vertical/industry), and promote campaigns and Salesforce event registration
• Manage and maintain overall marketing campaigns and event metrics, including the tracking of indirect sales opportunity stages and ROI from marketing generated leads
• Understand Salesforce brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
• Work with external vendors and internal teams (developer marketing, ISV and channel sales, product marketing, creative services, social marketing, interactive, marketing ops) to successfully execute communications, events, campaigns, and programs
Required Skills:
• 7+ years experience in marketing communications, field marketing, event marketing, or campaign marketing in a high tech company, including partner marketing
• Deep understanding of SI and Reseller business in France
• Dynamic, articulate, and confident individual with ability to successfully drive projects to completion
• Highly analytical, data driven and goal-orientated
• Intimate understanding of the demand generation funnel and process, including sales processes
• Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize and meet short deadlines
• Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects, communications, campaigns, or events simultaneously
• Creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative marketing ideas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sense of humor
• Team player - works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams across the organization to ensure world class execution.
Desired Skills:
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing platforms and applications
• Understanding of the enterprise app market
• Experience with or understanding of the high tech partner ecosystem and channel sales
