The Role
- Build and manage the Talent Solutions Sales and Relationship Management strategy and its execution across ANZ.
- Lead a world class, high performing sales team. Demand excellence through example, coaching, developing and inspiring others.
- Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others and create a shared vision for the function.
- Drive sales strategy by working with the executive team and functional leaders.
- Be the trusted partner and advisor to regional leadership including sales, product & marketing teams and provide them with competitive and industry intelligence to inform product and business strategies.
- Establish and manage key industry relationships with an eye to commercial growth.
The Leader
- Extensive sales leadership experience (Enterprise and SMB) preferably in a high tech, consulting or human capital space, leading and managing a high performing sales team
- An inspirational leader with strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence at the C –level.
- Proven superior leadership skills, entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
- Capability in forming enduring teamwork across an organization and geographies supported by strong networking skills and ability to build alliances.
- Integrity-driven, collaborative team player. Must be results driven, detail oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience.
