Senior Manager - NAMER Customer Marketing, Sales Solutions

San Francisco Bay Area, US - Information Technology and Services, Internet

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional for our LinkedIn Sales Solutions business. The role is focused on driving account growth and customer advocacy in partnership with our sales and customer success teams. We’re excited about marketers who have a strong execution orientation and know how to create value in a small, fast-paced team. You’ll be part of a rapidly-growing, global marketing team and report to the Customer Marketing Lead.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute customer growth and engagement strategies with a focus on segmentation and automation.

  • Partner with marketing operations, content marketing, demand generation, and other cross-functional teams to execute global campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with sales to track progress and reporting on lead generation, opportunity conversion, and win/loss from our CRM.

  • Plan and execute in-person events in key global markets.

  • Create and maintain a portfolio of customer success stories, references, and recommendations.

  • Manage, nurture, and grow our community of customer advocates through online and offline initiatives.

  • Contribute to and build content for use in campaigns.

  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing activities.




Required Education / Experience:


  • 8+ years of sales and/or marketing experience.

  • Conversant in a variety of marketing channels: Deep knowledge of social media, in-product and email channels

  • Experienced in one or more of the following: brand awareness, digital marketing, lifecycle or evergreen engagement marketing.

  • Experience developing and executing marketing programs for B2B SaaS products.

  • Experience using Salesforce, Eloqua, and Responsys

  • BA / BS degree required, advanced degree preferred




Preferred Experience:


  • Deep focus on and understanding of customers’ business opportunities and challenges.

  • Successful track record of developing and executing global marketing programs across a variety of channels (email, social media, in-person).

  • First-class project management and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Strategic approach to problem-solving and proactive troubleshooting abilities.

  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans.

  • Comfortable setting vision, testing, and iterating (empowered, self-starting personality).

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders.
