Product Marketing Manager, Sales Solutions

In this role, you will work within the Global Product Marketing team to shape the product marketing strategy, from positioning and naming to feature prioritization and external communications, bringing the voice of the customer to the product journey at every step.
We're looking for a high energy, passionate professional with exceptional product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution, communication, and project management skills. This is a cross-functional leadership role. You will drive end-to-end strategy and execution across a broad range of global stakeholders from product management, marketing communications, operations, field sales and training teams.

The role:
- Drive qualitative and quantitative research influencing the product roadmap
- Quarterback product launches and build the go-to-market strategy to include the right mix of content and channels to drive awareness, consideration and purchase;
- Perform validation and segmentation strategy to inform roadmap prioritization and go-to-market planning
- Drive feature prioritization, product naming, messaging and positioning through qualitative and quantitative research
- Manage beta and pilot programs for new product launches to assess customer adoption criteria and influence feature prioritization for launch
- Develop competitive benchmarking and content to position against other platforms
- Partner with our sales training team on the field sales enablement plan
- Partner with the marketing communications and demand gen teams to bring product narratives to life via integrated campaigns that drive pipeline and support revenue goals
- Build and scale voice-of-customer programs following product release
The successful candidate will have:
- Solid business acumen and product marketing fundamentals
- A passion for unearthing customer insights and championing the voice of the customer.
- Strong cross-functional aptitude and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to thrive in a smart, fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions
- The ability to prioritize and deliver results within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with B2B, SaaS a plus
- 5+ years marketing or product management experience
- BA or BS degree
