Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with regional & vertical sales leadership to identify client-specific, go-to-market strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Help the sales team understand the marketers objectives, marketing mix and put together solutions designed to meet specific marketer goals.
- Develop innovative, client-specific media packages designed to meet LinkedIn’s targets and most important B2B client objectives.
- Serve as product expert and evangelist for LinkedIn content marketing solutions and develop scalable programs to educate agencies and clients on strategies and best practices.
- Develop scalable strategies and processes that enable agencies and clients to understand and optimize LinkedIn media and content marketing solutions to achieve key, client-specific marketing objectives.
- Serve as a primary liaison between Product/Product Marketing and the LMS sales team in strategic product launch planning and execution.
- As necessary, work 1:1 with LMS sales Account Executives to propose and manage solutions customized to specific client situations and asks, and to ensure that such custom solutions are deliverable and scalable.
- Develop and execute tactics and coordinate with LinkedIn Sales Effectiveness to train and educate LMS sales team on successful media packaging strategies.
- Deliver feedback to LinkedIn product development on required enhancements and evolution for LMS media and content marketing products.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
- At least 5-8 years of deep experience in marketing, digital media, consulting or advertising in a client-facing role. B2B marketing experience a huge plus.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding targeted results
- Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and listening skills
- Demonstrate comfort level and skillset with marketing analytics
- Ability to communicate credibly at the highest executive levels within client organizations; Comfortable presenting, negotiating and closing 6, 7 and 8-figure deals.
- Must be a highly organized, self-starter that can demonstrate creativity and resourcefulness
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- BA/BS marketing degree, or equivalent experience; MBA a strong plus
- Travel Requirements: Sustained spurts of travel up to 25 – 30% of time; Some international travel may be required
