Job Description
Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Network Technician in our Fayetteville, NC location to provide Information Technology solutions to support the projects and clients' environments. We provide dedicated support and enhancements for information technologies and network systems for this very important government client to meet their mission!
The Network Technician will provide:
-Technical support and analysis for network systems and components, LAN/WAN communications, and transmission systems
-Perform the installation, modification, testing, and servicing on all converged network communications equipment.
-Effectively communicates with all stakeholders.
Required Skills
Experience working with firewalls/IPS, video, voice, VPN tunnels
- Must have a Active Current Secret and the ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Skills
- Worked in a military environment
- ITIL v3
Education
- SEC+ CE
- CCNA Security
- Active Security clearance
Experience
Typically requires 4 years relevant experience without a Degree or Undergraduate Degree and at least 1 year relevant experience
