HSGBU RightNow CX Administrator
We are looking for a keen, self-motivated, hardworking Administrator to join our Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit (HSGBU) follow-the-sun 24/7/365 Support team. The candidate will be detail oriented and focused on ensuring that our CX request platform grows and scales to support future cloud offerings and provides critical and accurate operational information to key stakeholders to ensure a high quality of business service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Working with members of the HSGBU Product Support teams to gather requirements and manage the planning activities for CX customization releases.
- Developing new functionality using out of the box features of RightNow CX (e.g. Rules, Custom Fields, Object Designer, etc.).
- Implement customized event scripts in PHP for Process Designer.
- Collaborating on CX integrations.
- Follow standard operating procedures and policies in administering the CX Platform.
- Execute approved changes during change windows
- Participate in project delivery aimed at increasing capabilities around monitoring, notification and configuration within the CX platform.
- Coordinate with network engineering, business application and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability and scalability of CX system to meet business demands
- Develop and maintain in-house infrastructure documentation
- Developing key business and metrics reports using the CX Analytics engine.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of current CX technology trends and its applicability internally and to customers.
- Candidate may be occasionally required to fulfill a project leadership role.
- The candidate will be required to provide documentation for all work produced.
- Needs to be able to travel occasionally to EMEA, JPAC or USA where required.
