Role

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Compliance Programs, to partner with both internal and external stakeholders to further develop and implement a cohesive company-wide D&I strategy. This is a unique opportunity to have an impact on our goal to attract, recruit, and retain top diverse talent.

Your Impact:


  • Design strategies to create an environment that develops, advances and retains diversity at all levels of the organization, globally

  • Complete international and domestic mandatory diversity reporting (e.g. EEO-1, VETS, and EOWA)

  • Manage OFCCP compliance program, including but not limited to development and implementation of annual Affirmative Action Plans (AAPs)

  • Develop training and education programs and deliver to internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Partners, Sr. Leadership) either wholly or in part with other training organizations

  • Develop and implement D&I - related policies and procedures

  • Conduct research on external D&I best practices

  • Collaborate with recruiting to establish a comprehensive, innovative diverse talent sourcing strategy

  • Create and maintain diversity reports/dashboards to track and monitor progress against identified focus areas

  • Continue to foster the evolution of our employee resource groups Participate in diversity recruiting, outreach, education of diversity programs, development and retention strategies, manage and coordinate different diversity activities

  • Partner with Compliance Center on new compliance requirements to be revised or newly implemented (ie, ACA)

  • Oversee design and rollout Compliance Dashboards on ES internal processes and procedures across the globe

  • Represent Salesforce at appropriate speaking engagements and conferences to educate and further learning on diversity and inclusion in the high tech workforce.

    Minimum Requirements:


    • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in the staffing/recruitment arena.

    • 5+ years Human Resources experience

    • 3+ years of program management experience

    • 3+ years developing and implementing D&I initiatives

      Preferred Requirements:


      • Ability to analyze, and interpret employee/employment data and assess impacts

      • Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting applications (SQL, MS Access, MS Excel) and basic knowledge of word processing applications (MS Word) required

      • Must be capable of multi-tasking in a busy, high-volume environment and have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines

      • Must be well organized with keen attention to detail with demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables

      • Adapt efficiently to changing circumstances & seek alternative ways of achieving program implementation goals


        • Respond positively & persuasively to tough questions, negative issues, etc.

        • Polished and comfortable in public speaking forums

        • Other duties as required
