As Director of Retail Digital Products, you will be responsible for bringing the Datalogix Retail products to market in support of the Retail product roadmap & strategy. Working closely with the rest of the rest of the Retail product, solutions, IT, Analytics, R&D, operations and sales teams, your job is to continuously enhance our offerings through products which push the industry and the Retail business forward exceeding our clients’ expectations. You will be responsible for product strategy, definition, pricing, positioning and promotional materials.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement product strategy for all digital targeting and measurement products for Retail clients.
  • Identify product gaps based on client and sales team feedback.  Develop roadmap to address client needs and determine prioritization.
  • Understand competitive landscape and develop positioning for DLX Retail products that focus on differentiation.  Train go-to-market teams on competitive set and positioning.
  • Work cross organizationally with analytics, data teams, technology and other product groups to further develop the Retail products – leveraging cross-company development work & plans.
  • Align, energize, and engage with the rest of the Datalogix team to bring products to market and drive massive adoption. Support the sales teams through sales training, providing sales support materials and input to inform proposals.
  • Responsible for product pricing strategy.
  • Act as subject matter expert on the DLX Retail digital products and support the go-to-market teams in client meetings and on client calls.
  • Work w/ Marketing team to create marketing collateral that communicates the Datalogix’ Value Proposition and empowers our Sales and Account Management Teams to drive the Retail products into new markets as well as into our existing client base, where appropriate.
  • Establish product and business metrics to measure the success of each product offering. Track and report on these metrics regularly to ensure that the value of the broader product effort is maximized through timely implementation of any needed course corrections or product adjustments
