Oracle Data Cloud is looking for a Director, New Product Initiatives for the ODC Auto vertical. In this role you will lead efforts to define and launch new Audience Targeting and Measurement product initiatives. Your focus will be on generating new product concepts and ideas, and playing a key role in selecting and managing those that go through proof-of-concept and subsequent development stages prior to becoming generally available offerings. By working closely with various ODC product and sales teams, other internal partnership and business development teams, internal analytics and technology teams, as well as strategic client partners and data-providers, you will define key product roadmap initiatives that will delight customers and keep ODC ahead of competitors for years to come.

 

This position reports to the VP, Head of Auto Products, and will be part of a small yet highly impactful team focused on bringing the ODC Auto vertical to its full potential.

 

Manage the development of new ODC Auto Measurement products to align with client requests, internal capabilities and external positioning and provide clear value propositions that address specific client needs

Collecting and synthesizing market feedback to inform new product initiatives and roadmaps for both targeting and measurement

 

Making the business case for new product ideas that compete for shared resources

 

Seeking out client opportunities for testing new products, or collaborating with partners on their learning agendas that we might want to productize more broadly

 

Negotiating with partners and data provides for favorable terms on usage, permissions, and rev share agreements that effect product viability

 

Mapping competitive landscape for both targeting and measurement offerings to ensure the ODC product roadmap is aligned with future market demands

 

Guiding new product initiatives through development stages, including Proof-of-Concept, Alpha and Beta, while working directly with client partners invited to participate during those stages

 

Transitioning new products that are ready for general availability launches to the relevant Auto Product Managers

 

Providing guidance to other product team members to ensure a strong connection between existing products and new products

 

Assisting with transitioning clients to new products
