Oracle's Global License Management Services (LMS) organization is focused on promoting the management, governance, and awareness of the proper use and distribution for Oracle solutions. LMS offers a range of value-added services to address customers’ license management needs that are transparent and consultative, based on proven processes and expert licensing capability.

 

The LMS EMEA Strategic Accounts Leader Europe North owns overall responsibility for all Strategic Accounts (Oracle Key Accounts and selected strategic Lead Accounts) within Europe North (Nordics, Germany, Switzerland) in terms of planning, delivery and execution of LMS services. 

 

With a responsibility of supporting and expanding Oracles market coverage and customer satisfaction through strong management of key relationships internally and externally via  LMS services  this person is chartered to ensure that our customers achieve Oracle software compliance as well as internal control of their own Oracle estate. 

Scope

  • Strong alignment with different Line of Businesses (LOBs) within Oracle; e.g.:Key & Lead Account Sales teams, Insight, support, legal and deal management department;
  • Closely work, align & being in constant agreement with  Sales operations and global Oracle Key Account programs, including Oracle Key Account client advisors
  • Work across the Europe North Region leading a team of consultants
  • Report to the LMS EMEA Strategic Accounts Leader
  • Align with Oracle EMEA Senior Sales leadership team (Director/VP/SVP level) and interact at customer C-Level
  • Work internationally

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Own the strategy for LMS Strategic Accounts and drive through the team an effective project management process, including escalations, tracking and communicating progress
  • Drive the LMS Customer Enablement Program for Strategic Accounts and the LMS Global Key Account Program in EMEA by building a 3 year plan around the LMS Strategy for defined strategic accounts executing implementation plans over each defined year
  • Develop, plan and gain agreement for above LMS strategic account plan for agreed focus Key and Lead Accounts 
  • Lead LMS Strategic Account team around execution of the strategy by managing the interface between Oracle stakeholders and the LMS personnel (Oracle Key Account Program Lead, Sales Vice and Senior Vice Presidents, LMS Global Key Account Lead, regional LMS lead) to ensure an effective alignment and communication model
  • Promote x-Team collaboration by building strategic partnership with peer organizations and cross LOB; establish adoption and support of the LMS organization at Senior Management and VP/SVP level
  • Provide and achieve accurate and timely information about the LMS activities in the Strategic Accounts at stakeholder level (internally/externally)
  • Present on behalf of LMS EMEA, internally and externally in the industry community (for example ITAM) to promote adoption of LMS Services. 
  • Take ownership in resolving customer escalations across the Europe North Region
  • Gain understanding of customers IT business to design the best possible LMS service portfolio. Agree project plan, governance model and escalation process
  • Demonstrate value- and trust-based software asset management skills on all levels within a customer (C-level)
  • Support Oracle and LMS creating  maximum customer satisfaction within the Key Account Segment
