As an Enterprise Relationship Manager you will succeed by helping our key corporate customers effectively engage with the LinkedIn network using our professional talent solutions. Executed correctly, this will lead to delivering revenue against quarterly and annual goals through the growth and up-sell of existing business within the DACH market.
During the first 30 days, you will:
- Learn about the business, the team and LinkedIn’s platform and products and associated tools to enable success in your role
- Understand the critical importance of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions to our clients..
During the first 60 days, you will:
- Arrange calls with key decision makers of your pre-defined customer portfolio of clients. Begin to build relationships and conduct on-boarding meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Understand your customers’ business needs and drivers and develop/present bespoke solutions with the view of closing business in line with and to exceed your quarterly quota.
By the end of 60 days, you will:
- Have a defined territory plan that includes goals and objectives, account analysis and action points.
- Be able to negotiate renewals by addressing pricing, margin, commercial issues.
After 90 days, you will:
- Have completed your first quarterly business review meeting with every client and established a regular program of reviews.
- Be able to build a pipeline and reliably forecast in a transparent manner.
- Have demonstrated proactive selling by growing your first accounts off-cycle through add-on product sales.
After 12 months you will:
- Have delivered/exceeded against your annual revenue targets selling unique solutions that connect talent with opportunity on a massive scale and change the way businesses operate.
- Have delivered an exceptional client experience and become a trusted advisor by supporting your customers’ business needs with excellence. Your customers will be sharing with their peers and industry partners the positive experiences of working with their LinkedIn Enterprise Relationship Manager.
- Be positioned as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally, having worked on projects outside your core role to improve the team, bring value to your manager and to benefit the company and member base as a whole
We are looking for top sales professionals with:
- A proven track record of reaching and exceeding challenging sales revenue goals in a high-growth company environment
- Considerable sales experience ideally, with complex SaaS sales and/or recruitment consultancy
- Native German and fluent English essential
- Established reputation as a high integrity, top performer in their field
- Proven experience of negotiation and influencing with C-suite level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to orchestrate the closure of business on dates consistent with the accurate understanding of clients’ needs
- A degree-level education (or equivalent) is preferable
