Account Executive - Munich

As a Senior Account Executive you will succeed by delivering revenue against quarterly and annual goals through new business sales B2B of LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions platform and products to the top enterprises in the DACH region.



You will:


  • During the first 30 days learn about the business, the team and LinkedIn’s platform and products and associated tools (e.g. SFDC) to enable success in your role.

  • Plan your territory within DACH and understand the critical importance the LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions products in relation to HR/ Human Capital Solutions sector.

  • During the first 60 days make discovery calls via inbound and outbound lead generation to confirm meetings with key decision makers. Conduct 4+ meetings a week and present bespoke solutions to key decision maker(s) with the view of closing business in line with and/ or exceed your quarterly quota.

  • By the end of 60 days you will be able to negotiate and address pricing, margin, commercial issues.

  • After 90 days months you will be able to build a pipeline and reliably forecast in a transparent manner.

  • After 12 months you will have delivered/ exceeded against your annual revenue targets selling unique solutions that connect talent with opportunity on a massive scale and change the way businesses operate.


We are looking for people who are:


  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals in a high-growth company environment

  • Exensive relevant experience either in a SaaS sales and/or recruiting a preference

  • Native German AND fluent English together

  • Established reputation as a high integrity, top performer with consistent results in meeting and over achieving revenue goals

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to orchestrate the closure of business on dates consistent with the accurate understanding of prospects’ needs

  • Proven experience of negotiation and influencing skills with C-suite level

  • A degree-level education (or equivalent) is preferable
