The Director of Inbound Marketing Campaigns, is a new role supporting our inbound marketing effort for our fast-growing and highly energetic Inside Sales organization. This is a senior level individual contributor role responsible for owning the small business services demand generation process from end-to-end, working cross-functionally with the Corporate Digital Marketing team, Marketing and Sale Automation teams, Finance, and Inside Sales leaders to optimize and execute on the digital demand funnel in order to drive the correct volume of high quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.



This role will be considered the ‘Subject Matter Expert' for the Small Business sales unit. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, roll-up-your-sleeves, test/metrics/data/revenue-focused marketer with a proven track record in analytics, program design, and execution in demand generation environment.



The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing processes and campaign tactics and significant experience in top of funnel demand generation tracked all the way to close rates and closed won business. The qualified candidate has a deep understanding of lead scoring, nurture and marketing automation platforms. In addition, they are metrics-oriented and have experience optimizing programs and creating processes for tracking results and measuring progress against revenue goals. Reports to the VP of SBS Marketing.



Key Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:




  • Support overall Small Business Services (SBS) demand generation effort;

  • Senior level individual contributor working in a matrix environment and building relationships with Digital Marketing, Sales and Marketing Automation, Finance, and Small Business Sales.

  • Individual must have executive level presence and be regarded as ‘the expert' in the end-to-end process of SBS demand generation marketing campaigns.

  • Key business partner to marketing for design and content of Small business portion of corporate website and a program mix including lead nurturing, display advertising, paid search, SEO, social etc.

  • Determine and continually reevaluate the mix of programs and prioritized marketing investments required to support key tracking metrics (e.g., leads, MQLs, Sales Accepted Opportunities) and marketing contribution targets (new business, revenue).

  • Live and breathe the Small Business demand generation funnel metrics and processes. Deploy the right mix of programs to reach, educate, nurture, and convert our prospects to sales opportunities for the Sales team.

  • Support integrated marketing programs designed to drive new lead acquisition, nurture existing prospects and drive quality sales opportunities.

  • Work directly with sales team leaders to ensure processes are developed and followed for repeatable success and unquestioned metrics.

  • Manage time lines and budget associated with marketing projects.

  • Perform ROI analysis on activities.

  • Develop a strategies to connect our client-facing products with social media channels.

  • Measure and nimbly act upon key tracking metrics and program performance data to optimize marketing investments to hit our forecasted targets.

  • Responsible for senior executive communication.

  • Develop monthly lead review presentation with Digital Marketing team

  • Run monthly Senior Executive report-outs on lead results.

  • Create and send weekly lead dashboards.

  • Drive a culture with testing and optimization at its core (test new ideas often, fail/learn fast, fuel success).

  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to close the loop on lead quality, improve lead sourcing and scoring, and continue to refine end-to-end lead management processes to support our target metrics.

  • Continue building out the processes and systems to support execution, measurement and optimization of marketing programs with specific focus on leveraging our Marketing Automation, CRM, and Web Analytics tools.

  • Monitor and analyze benchmark metrics across internal programs and external industry.








Experience, Skills, Academic:

Desired Skills:




  • Revenue-oriented marketer with 7-9 years marketing experience or equivalent discipline, digital marketing background required.

  • Minimum of 5-6 years in demand generation in B2B, with proven ability deliver consistent, growing, measurable results.

  • Strong demonstrated analytical skills, specifically related to web analytics, program measurement and forecasting.

  • Experience managing and executing a portfolio of innovative and results-focused inbound/outbound marketing programs.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (e.g., executive presentations, demand generation job aids for sales, campaign messaging and copy, etc.).

  • Deep understanding and front-line experience with marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Salesforce), web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.) and other tools to enable a high-performing, scalable marketing engine.

  • Strong verbal communication skills and customer facing experience.

  • Exceptional project management skills.

  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding digital and demand generation strategy.

  • Must be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle many different projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SaaS and project management applications is a plus.

  • Building demand generation models a plus· HTML and design experience also a plus.

Education:
