We are looking for a Team Manager of one of our key teams, Corporate Relationship Management, within LinkedIn’s global Talent Solutions business, across Australia. This regional role is responsible for leading the execution of the Hiring Solutions Corporate relationship management strategy across one of the most exciting regions within our APAC market. We are looking for an inspirational leader with demonstrated ability to make outsized positive impact on the team, and revenue on a regional basis in a hyper growth environment.

Responsibilities Include:
- Effective communication through 1:1s, performance reviews, coaching, and manager updates
- Communicate goals and bring focus on the most important activities
- Inspire customers to close
- Manage headcount, forecast, lead meetings, align team to organizational vision and values
- Foster a positive and values-driven team culture that will motivate others
- Create a shared vision for the function
- Identify team challenges and lead training and education to improve rep effectiveness
- Be the trusted partner and advisor to regional sales leadership and provide them with competitive and industry intelligence to inform product and business strategies
Requirements:
- Sales and Sales Management experience preferrably in a technology / Human Capital space
- At least a couple of years experience leading high performing Corporate relationship / account management teams
- Strong executive presence, gravitas and ability to influence decision makers at all levels
- Proven superior leadership skills, entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
- Capability in forming enduring relationships across the organization and geographies
- Respected & well connected in their industry with the potential to also do so in the HR community
- Integrity-driven, collaborative team player
- Must be results driven, detail oriented
- Bachelors' in Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience
