Principle Duties & Responsibilities



• Establish governance and cadence to manage engineering strategy deliveries to improve product launch, quality, process and cost



• Drive and support idea creation through strategy thinking and thought leadership



• Hone activities to support the evolution of ideas into executions



• Converge multi-faceted initiatives across the board into a strategy roadmap, lining out criticalities, interdependencies and link to business priorities



• Increase effectiveness of influence and communication to senior leadership to align on decisions and progress



• Partner with adjacent teams (internal/external) for collaborative opportunities in the spirit of win-win



• Extend view of industrial landscape to extract opportunities and translate into development actions



QualificationsSkills | Attributes



8+ years of experience with a Graduate Engineering Degree; 10+ years of experience with a Undergraduate



Engineering Degree



- At least 3-5 years of strategy and operations consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm



- Excellent knowledge of project management tools, methodologies/concepts



- Experience in technology sector



- Proficiency leading and managing cross functional projects and teams



- Outstanding problem solving and quantitative analytical skills with the ability to structure large, ambiguous business



problems, and prioritize issues to address



- Ability to communicate in verbal, written and graphical formats, in email, PowerPoint and meetings



- Practical application of statistical techniques to establish and validate conclusions / recommendations



- 6-Sigma Belt / equivalent and or knowledge of practices preferred
