Role Responsibilities

Be part of Migration Team

Understand Organization Vision and functional requirements

Lead delivery of end to end technical aspects of ITSM Tool

Advice and assist functional/process teams on TSM deployment

Play a key role in freezing technical requirements

Work closely with process, customer and solution architects on designing and developing ServiceNow instance as per functional requirements

Team Management



Requirements



Minimum 8 years of overall experience

2-4 Years of experience or more in ITSM tools

Experience on leading teams on at least two successful ITSM implementation

Awareness of ServiceNow

Integration Knowledge

Migration experience of moving customer from 1 ITSM to another ITSM Tool

ITIL Certified

Knowledge of configuration of ITSM Modules

Experience with ServiceNow Domain implementations a huge plus

Project Management experience

Experience in working with teams spread across regions and cities
