Job Description
Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Configuration Management Advisor in our Fayetteville, NC location to provide Information Technology solutions to support the projects and clients' environments. Utilizes configuration management suites to define, manage, build, release and deploy hardware, software and patches to endpoints throughout enterprise environments following standard configuration management processes and procedures. We provide dedicated support and enhancements for information technologies and network systems for this very important government client to meet their mission!
Required Skills
Experience with Configuration Management concepts and Change Management processes
Information Technology experience as it relates to Configuration Management
Experienced in Database Administration
- Must have a Active Current Secret and the ability to obtain TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Skills
- DBA in a military environment
- ITIL v3
- Intimate knowledge of ACCESS PRO
- Working knowledge of the Army's PBUSE system
Education
- SEC+
- Active Security Clearance
Experience
Typically requires at least 6 years relevant experience without a Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 1+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
