Platforms and Agency Data Program Manager

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
You will own the data relationship between the Central Operations and DoubleClick teams as well as be tasked with maintaining data cleanliness for DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM) data sets in both Salesforce and other data repositories. One example of data management would be linking DDM accounts to our sales teams for reporting and sales compensation. This also includes scoping and building new business processes to ensure a robust and flexible data infrastructure, and providing central support to regional teams to achieve a high level of data quality in the most efficient and impactful way. You will also be a subject matter expert for product requirements and work with the Data Management team to maintain a clean hand-off of moving data and represent DDM for shared data.
Responsibilities
- Create processes and rules for linking new data to internal customer data and teams, in partnership with our product and solutions experts, sales teams, sales finance, and sales operations.
- Create processes and rules on data maintenance such as ensuring updates are caught and synced up with other business timelines.
- Address regional data needs and questions, including auditing and fixing data issues.
- Scope, draft, socialize, and prioritize business requirement documents for product teams to execute on.
- Track and maintain data quality scores to know the health of our current data sets.
Minimum qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with the online advertising ecosystem.
- Experience in SQL and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications
- MBA or MS degree.
- Experience in data warehousing/CRM backend systems.
- Internal or external program management experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively cross-functionally; influence and persuade others without direct authority .
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior-level executives.
- Outstanding business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
