LinkedIn is looking for dynamic, strategic, savvy media sales professionals. The ideal candidates have a proven track record in online media sales. We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing the client base. You must be results driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities. The Account Director is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of LinkedIn and its value proposition especially to the Korean advertising community.



Given LinkedIn’s compelling proposition, the sales conversion rate is high as is the opportunity to build long lasting customer relationships within the B2B and high net worth segments.



You will report to the HK Head of Marketing Solutions and will be supported by an exceptional team of Account managers, Ad Operations, Marketing and PR talent.



Key experience:


  • Minimum 8+ years of Media Sales experience preferebly in the Enterprise Market (2-3 years of Online experience preferred).

  • Long term relationships with top media agencies and key marketers at top Stock Exchange companies.

  • Experience dealing with local agencies and marketers in Korea is a huge plus

  • Proven success driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships.

  • Experience working in a fast paced, ambitious and competitive environment

  • Understand how digital advertising technology works and the ability to explain these in ordinary terms.

  • BA/BS strongly preferred.

  • Ability to converse in Korean not mandatory but is a huge plus!

  • Most importantly, an avid user and fan of LinkedIn!
