We"re looking for someone who is able to build automated and manual test suites from the ground up, and understands how to find and document a wide variety of bugs and vulnerabilities.

Required Skills:
l Proven experience in leading the direction, development, and implementation of Automated testing solutions
l Strong knowledge of Software automation testing, tools and methodologies.
l Direct experience in software testing, manual and automated
l Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, mentoring and evaluating software testing professionals
l Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to all phases of SDLC
l Candidates must have a solid understanding of how the web works, web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), and browser debugging tools.
l Candidates should have notable experience with scripting languages, and have a history of leading QA for either team or a product;
Detailed Description
The QA Test Automation Manager"s role is to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the design, development, and implementation of automated testing solutions. The manager is also responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing tools used by the testing teams. This individual will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her testing team on issues related to the planning, design, development, and maintenance of automated testing solutions.
Job Requirements
l Manage and provide direction for the automated testing team
l Set team direction and strategy, escalation point for any automated testing issues
l Define priorities across the team, provide technical leadership to team
l Design, develop and maintain automation scripts enhancements and upgrades
l Strong customer-service orientation
l Ability to conduct research into software testing issues and products
l Motivating and providing guidance to team members on an ongoing basis
l Interview, hire and onboard new team members
l Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
l At least 3 years of QA manager working experience.
l MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Responsible for a team that develops, applies and maintains quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a manager in the technical/process QA division, you will lead a team that designs, installs and evaluates quality control methods and systems. You will also develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of quality assurance. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
