Qualifications :


Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and test the software system on time with good quality.

2. Actively contribute to the overall software development process to improve the quality and efficiency. This includes, but not limited to:

-Project planning and monitoring,

-Requirement defining and clarification.

-Documentation (draft and reviews),

-Design discussion with design team,

-Functional reviews,

-Come up test plan and design test cases,

-Setup the test system,

-Contribute to test automation by delivering test script and optimize the auto-test system.

3. Be technical expert or team leader. Coach and help other team members to meet the team target.

4. Help customer support team and other field personal to handle field issue escalations.

5. Provide timely update on the progress of the project and escalate any current and potential issues to the management.

6. Actively search, acquire and invent new tools, technology and skills to add product innovation and competitiveness, to improve product quality and performance.

7. Coordinate with other functional groups in the company to provide technical assistance and advises.



Education and Experience at a minimum:
-Understand software development process and circle. Experience in software testing and development methodology. - -Capable to produce test plan, test cases and test report. Capable of guiding the team member to produce test plan, test cases and test report.



- Familiar with the bug tracking systems.

-Deep understanding of computer networking and TCP/IP

-B.Sc or above, preferably in computer science and engineering

-Quick learner, willing to learn

-Hard working

-Team player

-Good English reading and writing skills

-Sufficient verbal English communication skills



Nice-to-have Qualifications:
-Auto testing

-Web services/application (SOAP, XML, etc.) experience

-Relational database such as MySQL

-Computer scripting language, such as Perl, Python Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.



As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will develop quality standards, control methods and theories to be utilized during manufacturing, testing and inspection to access product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance methods.



Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
