Job Description



Overview: We are looking to hire someone who will have responsibility for managing a sales team in either our UK or Emerging markets commercial team within our expanding EMEA operation



Territories: UK or Emerging Markets



Location: Dublin or London



We are looking for a Talented Sales Director / Business Leader to play a key role, leading a highly visible and motivated team, that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas.



You'll be a valuable contributor to the Corporate Sales strategy in Europe whilst providing definition and implementation of the plan for EMEA Sales to achieve corporate objectives.



Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required

  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties

  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories

  • Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification

  • Reporting on sales activity and revenue forecast

  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team

  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory

  • Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record in a software sales environment in a leadership / management role with a proven track record of sales management experience and success

  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment

  • Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment

  • Working knowledge and exposure to CRM and / or Cloud solutions and innovations

  • Excellent presentation and listening skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and energetic working environment

  • Ability to hire and train new Account Executives

  • Ability to lead from the front and inspire others

  • Related Bachelors degree
